Rooms and Accommodation Info

 

Rooms: 20 double, en-suite, air-conditioned rooms with varying configurations 

  • King size and double-beds with either a bath or shower (Subject to availability). 
  • 2 single beds (option to separate for 2 people sharing) with either a bath or a shower.
  • Rooms with baths have overhead wall mounted hand showers.
  • All rooms have complimentary hospitality amenities and bottled water; bar fridge for convenience, TV's with selected DSTV channels.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available. 
  • Room service is available to all rooms until Jack's Corner Restaurant closes in the evening.
  • Servicing and stocking of rooms is done from 7am and 2pm daily.


We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Diner's Club cards. No booking will be confirmed without credit card details. Contact reception for various specials throughout the year. 


Non-Smoking Rooms

All the rooms are non smoking.  Smoking permitted only at the pool area, upper balcony, reception entrance outside and on the restaurant deck. 

Penalties will apply if your room smells of smoke. 


Check in times:

  • 2pm-8pm (Mondays - Thursdays)
  • 2pm-7:30pm (Fridays)
  • 2pm-7:00pm (Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays)
Late Check in's are possible with prior arrangement

  • Strictly 10am
Late Check out's are possible with prior arrangement, but may incur a fee.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the below fees applicable. . 

Group Bookings - (6 or more rooms)

Adjustments to confirmed group bookings need to be notified (via email) 14 days or less before check-in to avoid cancellation fees. Any changes made thereafter, a 60% cancellation fee will be charged of the remaining stay. 

Long Stays - (all Travel Agents and Account Holders)

If for any reason long stays are shortened, 50% payment will be required for the cancelled stay. 

Long Stays - (Non-Account Holders & Private Bookings) 

A 50% deposit is necessary on confirmation of bookings for longer than a 7-day period, before check- in date. 

Cancellation Fees: Bookings cancelled before check-in date: 

- Less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit the fill deposit. 

- 7 to 14 days before arrival, forfeit 75% deposit

- 14 to 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% deposit

- 21 to 28 days before arrival, forfeit 25% deposit
